Position: TECHNICAL MANAGER

Requirements:
-10–18 years of experience in construction and technical roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
-Strong background in high-rise building projects (typically 20+ floors), with proven experience from design stage to handover.
-Experience with design coordination, construction detailing, authority approvals, and value engineering.
-Excellent knowledge of structural systems, MEP integration, façade systems, and core building services.
-Ability to review, interpret, and coordinate design drawings across all disciplines.
-Familiarity with local and international building codes (e.g., Dubai Municipality, NFPA, BS, ACI, ASHRAE).
-Knowledge of fire and life safety, acoustics, wind load, and seismic considerations in tall buildings.
-Proficient in preparing and reviewing of technical documents:
-Method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, technical compliances reviews
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, ETABS, and MS Office.
-Familiarity with BIM coordination, 3D clash detection, and document control systems.
-Lead technical coordination between design, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams.
-Review and approve technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
-Manage and track RFIs, NCRs, and design changes with full documentation control.
-Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to secure necessary approvals.
-Support construction team in resolving site-level technical issues and ensuring buildability.
-Ensure as-built documentation and final technical handover to the client/consultant.
-Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage high-pressure project environments.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-High attention to detail and technical accuracy.
-Proactive, organized, and solution-driven mindset.

Planning Engineer
-Expert in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
-Proven experience working with main contractors or consultants on large-scale projects (high rise buildings, infrastructure, etc.)
-Strong understanding of project life cycles, especially in the planning and ex*****on stages.
*Planning & Scheduling:
-Preparation of baseline schedules, look-ahead programs, and recovery plans.
-Ability to develop resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.
-Monitoring progress, identifying delays, and proposing mitigation measures.
-Delay analysis using methods like Window Analysis, Time Impact Analysis, etc.
-Preparing S-curves, histograms, and EVM reports.
-Coordination of planning inputs with engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
-Documentation, Reporting Skilled in progress dashboards, and presentations.
-Preparation of EOT claims and justifications.
-Track progress vs. plan and report on deviations and impacts.
-Conduct regular site visits to verify actual progress.
-Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

-Prepare and monitor project budgets and cash flows.
-Evaluate and certify contractor progress payments and claims.
