Job Vacancy: Office Administrator Cum Outdoor Sales Executive
We are seeking a proactive Office Administrator and Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, with experience in both administrative tasks and sales.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, handling emails, and maintaining records.
- Ensure the office is well-organized by managing supplies, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
- Handle administrative tasks such as invoicing, purchase orders, and shipment tracking.
Outdoor Sales:
- Conduct regular visits to clients, promoting and selling company products and services.
- Identify and follow up on new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in both office administration and outdoor sales.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- With or without a UAE driving license.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Salary is negotiable based on experience.
