This is our new residential project for landscape renovation. We have introduced Bim implementation on this project through cutting edge technology by Lidar scanning of site there to export to revit.

The site survey was executed using LiDAR scanning technique, superimposed the spatial data to Revit, federated the model and incorporated all modifications and enhancements in the federated model and there by issued proposed designs.

LiDAR is a remote sensing method that uses light in the form of a pulsed laser to measure ranges to a surface – ground, vegetation, buildings, etcetera. Light pulses from LiDAR, in combination with GPS or other location data, generate precise, 3D information about the shape of the terrain and the surface characteristics. Still, more importantly, it can do so as accurately for objects and buildings. LiDAR generates 3D models from millions of individual survey points; LiDAR data with these points is called a “point cloud”.

Ongoing residential project at Calicut. Architectural courtesy .s.h.w.in to provide such a marvelous design.This is one of the challenging project to us where the design is being done in multilevel contours located in ghats and the finishing shall be as of semi vintage/modern style.Our skilled construction team has undertaken this challenge to endeavor the success of this project. Hats off to our Construction Director to take up this job.

Our new design and build project at Kanjirapally. Design and rendering is done in Autodesk revit 2022 and Lumion. Design includes integrated model including architectural elements, structural elements, mep services, landscaping and detailed onsite working and shop drawings are generated including drawings for cut and fill. This is our fourth integrated project for we are using BIM assistance for construction.We may start the pre construction activities next week and may start the construction within 2 weeks.
