What they signed was a plan to study it, not to build it.

A freight quote $1,325 lower. A delivery that may not be.

On indicative October rates, ocean freight from Nhava Sheva to Khor Fakkan undercuts Jebel Ali by 25%. Add the truck back to Jebel Ali and the gap shrinks to about $780 per container. Terminal handling, bonded transfer, documentation and storage still come out of that number.

So $780 is not a saving. It is the ceiling your extra costs must stay under.
