We often tell our clients that every O&P home starts with a pencil scratch.

It sounds simple, but we mean it quite literally. Before the drawings, the specifications and the hundreds of decisions that follow, there is an idea on paper and a conversation with the person who will eventually call it home.

Our job is to stay true to that first idea all the way through design, construction and, eventually, the moment we hand over the keys.
