The Role
We are seeking a highly disciplined, Filipino Multi-Skilled Technician who is not just a “jack of all trades,” but a master of all listed trades. You will be the single point of solution for homeowners—diagnosing and fixing issues across HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, and general handyman work without needing to escalate to other specialists.
Key Responsibilities
• HVAC: Diagnose, repair, and maintain split units, ducted AC systems, and refrigeration (cleaning filters, gas refills, compressor troubleshooting, condenser cleaning).
• Electrical: Fix wiring, lighting fixtures, switches, circuit breakers, fans, and basic home automation issues. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes.
• Plumbing: Unblock drains, repair leaks, replace faucets, sanitary ware, water heaters, and pressure pumps.
• Carpentry: Repair cabinets, doors, wardrobes, kitchen fittings, and wooden fixtures.
• Painting & Tiling: Prepare surfaces, patch holes, repaint walls/ceilings; replace cracked tiles, regrout bathroom/kitchen floors and walls.
• Handyman: Assemble furniture, install shelves, curtain rods, mirrors, fix door locks, hinges, and general property upkeep.
Who You Are
• Certified Expert: Proven proficiency in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tiling, and general maintenance.
• Middle East Experienced: You have worked in the region (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, or Oman) and understand local building materials, common appliance brands, climate-related wear (e.g., AC overuse, humidity damage), and client expectations.
• Work-Focused: You do not waste time. You arrive on site, diagnose quickly, give honest repair-or-replace advice, and complete tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
• Disciplined: You follow safety protocols, maintain clean job sites, wear proper uniform and PPE, document work via mobile app or checklist, and respect client property and privacy.
• Language: Working knowledge of English (Arabic or other languages a plus).
Requirements
• Diploma or ITI certification in relevant trade(s) preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong.
• Valid UAE/GCC driving license (preferred – mobility to multiple sites)
• Own basic and power tools (company to provide specialized/consumables)
• Ability to read technical diagrams (electrical, plumbing layouts)
• Physically fit – lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined or roof spaces
• Clean criminal records and good communication skills with clients
