On 22 October, Kinetics Group returned for Day 2 of Career Nexus 2026 at MAHE Dubai, continuing conversations with students ready to explore their next steps into engineering.
Beyond discussing qualifications, we spoke about the transition from studying engineering to contributing in the workplace—the questions, expectations and learning that come with it.
For us, these exchanges are also an opportunity to listen. Understanding what young engineers hope to learn helps shape more meaningful conversations around internships, mentorship and professional development.
