We're working with:
🔹 SITRANS Siwarex WP321 for static weight measurement
🔹 SITRANS Siwarex WP341 (upcoming) for flow rate control
🔹 SIMATIC S7-1500 PLC with TIA Portal
🔹 SIMATIC HMI for real-time interaction and control

📸 Real-time weight display now live and tested!
🔧 FB and DB integration for WP321 is complete and running.
🧠 Technical Insight

The WP321 is integrated using Siemens-provided FB and UDT libraries, enabling stable and precise weight acquisition over PROFINET.
Parameters are handled through structured DBs, and command management is set via CMD_HANDLING logic.

Next phase includes integrating the Siwarex WP341 for continuous flow measurement and achieving a fully automated, recipe-based packing system with batching logic and inter-PLC communication for process coordination.

🔧 Project Highlight – Stem Feeding & Washing Panel Design 🔧

I’m excited to share a recent project I worked on involving the design and automation of a Stem Feeding & Washing Control Panel—a crucial part of the to***co processing line.

This panel controls the casing flow, water, and steam during the stem feeding process, which softens the stem before it's transported to silos via conveyor lines and screw feeders.

👨‍💻 Key Technical Details:
✅ PLC: Siemens S7-1500 for precise and reliable automation

✅ Sensors & Instruments: Pressure sensors, flow meters

✅ Actuators: Belimo control valves for accurate steam and water regulation

✅ Fully integrated system for smooth material handling & control

This project enhanced process efficiency, improved system reliability, and ensured consistent quality during stem conditioning and transfer.

🔧 New Project Successfully Delivered by RAK Electric ⚡

We recently completed the integration of an additional control panel with an existing Siemens S7-1500 PLC system, designed to manage 9 Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).

These VFDs are controlling TG fans and a high-speed conveyor system used to efficiently transfer to***co between production lines.

✅ Scope of Work:

Panel design and wiring
Integration with the existing PLC system
VFD configuration and commissioning
Optimization of PLC logic for synchronized fan and conveyor operation
Complete system testing and performance validation

Panel Designing and Wiring Work

We've recently completed a panel design project from start to finish, starting with the layout on AutoCAD and bringing it to life in the final product. 🖥️➡️🔧

Check out the images below to see the progression from the initial design to the completed panel. It was a rewarding experience to see my vision come together in both the planning and ex*****on stages.

🌟 Exciting News: We've Expanded Our Services to the UAE! 🌟

Our PLC / Automation Work.

Successful Trail.
PLC Horizontal Flow Wrap Machine.

Component Used.
In this machine we have used two ac motors , one variable gear box to variate length , encoder on the paper puller , sensors for safety and photocell to adjust the paper print, PLC and HMI.

Working.
One ac motor is used to drive the infeed conveyor which is also linked with the cutter through chain and its also linked with variable gear box input.
The other motor is connected on the puller to adjust the paper print by moving forward and reverse by taking input from the photocell.
The encoder is attached on the paper puller to find the length of the paper and variable gear box is used to vary the length as per requirement.
All the system is synchronized and operated through PLC and HMI display to enter the required length and heat.

Speed limit from 50ppm to 250ppm
Easy to operate.
Less or no product wastage.
Unique security features.
Bag length vary from 50mm to 250mm.
