After Sales Engineer – Transportation Trailers
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused After-Sales Engineer to support our transportation trailer division. The role involves handling post-sales technical support, warranty claims, site inspections, troubleshooting, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Key Responsibilities
-Provide technical after-sales support for transportation trailers, including flatbed trailers, lowbed trailers, tankers, tipper trailers, and specialized units.
-Attend to customer complaints and conduct site inspections to diagnose mechanical, structural, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
-Coordinate with production, quality, and design departments to resolve technical problems efficiently.
-Manage warranty claims, prepare technical reports, and recommend corrective actions.
-Supervise repair and maintenance activities at customer sites or the shopfloor.
-Provide technical training and guidance to customers and service teams on proper operation and maintenance of trailers.
-Support spare parts identification and coordinate with stores for timely supply.
-Maintain service records, complaint logs, and prepare periodic after-sales performance reports.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
-5–8 years of experience in trailer manufacturing, heavy vehicles, or the transportation equipment industry.
-Strong knowledge of trailer structures, axles, suspension systems, braking systems, hydraulics, and fabrication.
-Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
-Good communication and problem-solving skills.
-A valid UAE driving license is a must.
