FIX AV Technical Solutions LLC is looking for an experienced **ELV Site Engineer** to join our growing team for exciting Security, ELV, and System Integration projects across the UAE.
If you have hands-on experience managing site installations, coordinating technicians, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards—we'd love to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities**
✅ Manage day-to-day site activities and installation works
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams
✅ Supervise technicians and subcontractors
✅ Ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications
✅ Monitor quality, safety, and project progress
✅ Prepare Daily Progress Reports, Inspection Reports, Material Reports, Manpower Reports, and other required documentation
✅ Resolve site issues and maintain project schedules
**Requirements**
✔ Experience in ELV, CCTV, AV, Access Control & Security Systems
✔ Strong knowledge of site ex*****on and project coordination
✔ Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical documents
✔ Professional reporting and documentation skills
✔ Good communication and leadership skills
✔ UAE Driving License is an advantage
