Afghanistan a country being in war and conflict for the last three decades is still suffering from direct and indirect damages in several social and economic aspects of life. However loss of human resources owing to mass migration of intellectuals and professional from the country is so drastic and significant that requires long-term extensive input and efforts to gain at least the pre-conflict’s
potential in terms of professional human resources. With the very limited number of professionally educated Afghan the burden of rehabilitation of this war-torn country is constrained to the commitment of the international community and small organizations set-up by educated Afghan national which they themselves need support and further encouragement. Hence to fulfill our responsibility as educated residents of this country this organization was established having License No D-03-1134 registered by Islamic Republic Gove of Afghanistan. Herewith, we are pleased to get the opportunity to register Noori Moheb Construction Company (N.M.C.C) at your esteemed organization. We are confident that with competent team of human resource and equipment needed to implemented broad- based reconstruction project, especially (Transportation sector, water supply sector, irrigation sector and building sector) this organization will soon prove itself as an effective and potential partner common humanitarian objectives.
