Just over one year after groundbreaking, our 140 MW green hydrogen project in Bruck an der Leitha has progressed from construction start to visible implementation.
Another key moment has now been reached with the delivery of the first electrolyzer components. Their arrival marks the start of installing the plant's core technology, making progress on site tangible.
Together with Emma Delaney, Martijn van Koten, and Austria's Federal Minister Wolfgang Hattmannsdorfer, we celebrated this milestone and reflected on the progress achieved over the past year, as well as the next steps ahead.
Based on current project plans, the plant is expected to produce up to 23,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually from the end of 2027, using renewable electricity from sources such as wind and solar.
Thank you to all teams and partners, whose expertise and collaboration continue to turn this project into reality.
