🔥 Myth busted: Ash disposal with biomass is complicated

Modern Hargassner boilers are so efficient that 5 tonnes of pellets produce just ~15 kg of ash – that’s only 0.3%. Clean combustion means virtually no soot, so maintenance stays minimal.

When building our boilers, we use, among other technologies, the fully automated TruBend Cell 5000. It handles the bending of sheet metal parts – from material retrieval to final stacking, entirely robot-assisted 🤖🔥

This ensures components with consistent dimensional accuracy and clean processing. Especially for parts that are later exposed to high loads during heating operation, this precision is essential.

The origins of our journey in France... 🇫🇷

30 years ago, the first Hargassner boiler was commissioned by Philippe Gondry in France 🤩

Philippe Gondry, the founder of Hargassner France, began his well-deserved retirement in 2023. In 1996, he began distributing our Hargassner biomass heating systems and built up an independent company 💪🏼
