This architecturally designed renovation and addition, created by Sans Arc Studio, will breathe new life into a 1925 duplex while honouring its rich heritage and original character.

The transformation will see the home evolve into two bespoke residences, seamlessly connecting old and new through thoughtfully crafted spaces. Vaulted ceilings with exposed rafters will create a dramatic focal point, while custom joinery and warm timber flooring bring cohesion and timeless appeal throughout.

Externally, a carefully considered material palette of Iron Ash shiplap cladding, corrugated sheeting, and high-performance double-glazed windows and doors will redefine the home’s presence while respecting its roots.

A project that celebrates history, craftsmanship, and contemporary living. We can’t wait to bring this vision to life.
