This unit wasn't cooling efficiently, and it didn't take long to find out why...

A local supermarket was facing a refrigeration breakdown after hours, so we responded quickly to get them back up and running.

We recently replaced an old freezer evaporator and obsolete controller that had reached the end of its service life. As part of the upgrade, we also re-ran all temperature probes and reorganised the electrical wiring.

🚨 Early morning call-out to a local dairy this morning after a power issue caused a contactor to burn out on a milk vat refrigeration system.

Fortunately, our service vehicles are fully stocked with a wide range of common refrigeration parts, allowing us to respond quickly and minimise downtime.

The faulty contactor and overload were replaced, and the repair was completed within an hour. Most importantly, the milk vat temperature was soon heading back in the right direction. ✅
