This custom glass balustrade, installed by Design n Consult at our North Coogee project, brings a clean, contemporary finish to the raw concrete staircase.

Rather than using traditional rectangular panels, the glass has been carefully stepped to follow the profile of the stairs, creating a seamless transition from one level to the next. Finished with minimal satin black spigot supports and a slim black handrail, the detailing contrasts beautifully with the raw concrete to complete the minimalistic & modern industrial look.

Slab-down is now complete at our Shenton Park project.

This custom two-storey home, set in a quiet and beautiful leafy street, has officially reached its first major construction milestone.

Designed by Sarandis Design, this home features brick construction to the ground floor and timber framing to the upper level, combining durability, efficiency, and timeless architectural appeal.

Another beautiful home handed over!

Designed to suit the owners' vision and lifestyle. This Melville home with the minimalist façade, subtle Mediterranean-inspired curves, combined with clean lines and a monochromatic colour palette, offers a warm and inviting street presence.

Whilst built on a narrow lot, this home feels remarkably spacious for everyday family living and entertaining. The clever layout, enhanced by voids, skylights, and a central alfresco area that seamlessly connects to the main living area, ensures this home gets plenty of natural light.

It has been a pleasure working with our clients throughout this build. Their positive attitude, clear communication, and collaborative approach made the entire building process enjoyable for everyone involved.
