WARRANTY

At Just Refrigeration, we regularly receive calls from customers who have purchased cheap imported slush machines from suppliers with little to no technical knowledge, spare parts support, or genuine warranty backup. Unfortunately, many buyers only discover the lack of support once something goes wrong.

When purchasing a slush machine, warranty and after sales support are just as important as the purchase price.

At Just Refrigeration, you are dealing with experienced refrigeration professionals. As a qualified refrigeration engineer, I understand how slush machines operate and how their components function, including refrigeration systems, electronic controls, motors, probes, compressors, and gear drives.

That experience allows us to properly assess faults and support our customers fairly and professionally.

When you purchase a machine from Just Refrigeration, you can be assured we will do our utmost to support you with genuine warranty service and technical backup.

All we require from customers is the machine serial number. Once we confirm the machine was supplied by us, one of our experienced technicians can attend site if required. Between our technician and myself, we will assess the issue and determine whether it is a warranty matter.
