Our client came to us with a problem, their roof on their donger was leaking. Office Plus was up to the task and fully replaced all the existing roof sheeting with brand new trimdeck sheets, including adding flashing and internal supports.

What a transformation this bathroom renovation was! We renovated the entire bathrooms, updating the drop-front benches with new concrete-look finishes, matching the brand-new cubicles in sleek modern designs and finishes! All the existing wall vinyls and floor vinyls were removed and replaced with incredible tiling, and all plumbing fixtures , taps, toilet cisterns and urinals were replaced with brand new items. We also updated the lighting to new LED lights. What an absolutely amazing transformation!

We updated this school change room recently, converting all the old 90s finishes into the 2020s! We removed the old vinyls, the bench seats (and retained!) and old shower cubicles. We updated the tiling throughout with light grey floor tiles and white wall tiles, and completely painted the walls and ceilings, gave a thorough cleaning and touching up to the seats and coat hooks prior to fitting them all. We updated all plumbing to modern but durable chrome tapware, cutting in the waste pipes too! We also updated the lighting, taking the old fluros out and installing new LED batten lights to increase the lighting in the space! What a difference it all made!

Finally we installed these incredible compact laminate cubicles that look fantastic, complementing the new and existing items.

Creating an office kitchenette / Tprep improves workplace productivity; they won't need to leave the office to make a coffee, increasing their own personal relaxation time during breaks. Adding a sink and microwave allows for all kitchen duties to be completed on site, so no travelling to a building's communal Tprep.

Optimising space for a growing office is something we always come across with our clients.

Our client came to us and wanted to convert their old huge archive room into an archive hallway (with new compactus!), and a single office was removed and then updated into 3 front-facing offices, all designed to match the existing office style!

Be smarter with your office space. Large open plan meeting rooms and chill out spaces look stunning, but they can be not ideal for all purposes. We enclosed a space with acoustic plasterboard, adding full height glass partition walls and amazing doors, then we also added a worker space behind for 3 x height adjustable hot desks. This was an ideal use of the space for the clients and sometimes open plan doesn't work for everything.

We reused the furniture in the space and even took the built-in bench seating to their other site.

This stunning modern Home Economics classroom was fully renovated and designed to create a seamless teaching experience in an incredible looking stainless steel kitchen, fully upgraded sink benches with plenty of prep space, free-standing oven cooktops, and ready for students.

The stunning exhaust system designed and installed in co-ordination with Office Plus, Mayes Sheet Metal and Rangehoods WA, honestly looks incredible and runs perfectly quietly (so the teacher can talk over it!)

Designed in co-ordination with the teaching staff, we created an area where the teacher could explain how to complete the cooking tutorials while watching her students, then, at the cooking station, she cooks right by their side.

The amazing plumbing features exposed copper pipes running along the walls, creating an incredible feature.

Office Plus completed this massive task with the help of our incredibly skilled team, including all cabinet demolition floor vinyl removal, plumbing work, wall painting, electrical installation, full size cabinetry with whiteboard finish doors, supply and installation of stainless steel benches, and the overhead rangehood and bulkhead support.

Sometimes you might think a space is feeling dated and want to rip it all out and start again. Swipe through for the before photos!

On this lunchroom project, we only modified the benchtop, swapped a few door handles over, added some new cabinets in a few spaces, and applied new vinyl plank flooring over the existing.

This resulted in a completely new-looking lunchroom for the staff that didn't break the bank.

Small things like modifying the bench to be able to fit a larger fridge, updating the door and drawer handles to modern black square edge, rather than bow fronts, adding varying wood tones to create warmth on the floor and feature cabinets, replacing drawer fronts with a feature classic oak and matching open shelving area with a microwave recess to save bench space.

The vinyl floor looks incredible and complements both the existing coral coloured soft tones with the new classic oak colours introduced on the new drawer fronts and overheads.

We also did the high bar furniture to create a stylish meeting area or breakout space.

It's amazing what you can achieve when you update a few key finishes! Why destroy something with so much history when you can complement it and enhance it?
