Renovating a space can be done in so many ways. On this project we completed in 2022, we took inspiration from the 1970s-style house and selected terrazzo tiles with the client. The tiles add a retro feeling but in a modern, minimal way. This gave new life to a space that looked tired. We updated the external windows, professionally installed to allow heaps of natural light into this beautiful sunroom.

Lets be honest, there is never enough space in a Kitchen or Lunchroom. Benches and overhead cupboards can only go so far. For our client, we designed a huge full height pantry and additional bench space to match as closeley as possible to their existing cabinets. We didn't need to go with a 40mm feature stone bench top, so matching the colour in a Laminex post formed bench top looks incredible from a distance.

Best of all, every item we designed, supplied and installed is free standing so they can take them with them when they leave the tenancy!

Adding desks to the centre of a room is a great use of space when you have glass office fronts. By adding an umbilical cable, you can connect power and data from your ceiling down to the desks. They can easily be installed to plasterboard or t bar ceilings, and with soft wiring it creates a modular system you can add to for any number of staff.

Our team created and installed this amazing island bench to show off the incredible furniture from Rapidline_AU in their Perth Showroom. We were brought in to give them a selling point and an entertaining area to place their bar kitchen bench height bar stools. We created this with soft Laminex classic oak end panels, charcoal feature trims and skirtings contrasted against polar white door fronts.

The final product is a stunning custom cabinet, a focal point showing off their amazing products, and it is a piece that the client could even take with them if they ever move to larger showrooms.

We modified this office to accommodate the larger opening shown in our earlier post. We ended up with this amazing workspace with a stunning frameless glass corner giving full views of the office space!

When creating an office in between two tenancies, we had to allow for the manager to have a space central to both areas and give them a view of everything. The existing office was designed with the idea to build another office next to it, but when the tenancy next door was vacant, they jumped on the idea for expansion, modifying the space we created years ago to achieve a new, stunning-looking office.

We designed a custom desk that perfectly matches the off-the-shelf furniture in their office, fits into the space, and allows for easy entry and use of the narrow office.

A client came to us to extend their office space into a neighbouring tenancy. The client wished to keep all the existing offices and the carpets.
To achieve this opening, we modified one of the offices in the original tenancy to align it with the 2nd tenancy offices. This allowed us to widen the available space to really enhance the stunning open space that was blocked between tenancies. It helps create a cohesive office and there are plans to upgrade further.

Custom fabric partition screens can create an amazing energy in the workspace. The light cool grey coloured fabrics pair perfectly with their existing steel blue blinds and white-framed height-adjustable desks! This also lets the classic oak top highlight a warmth that the office space needs.

The suspended acoustic panels designed to be in white, but due to the lighting, turn out to be a light grey pair perfectly with the fabrics.

Sometimes creating an office space is all about matching the existing colours, the carpets, the walls, and adding highlight features that harmonize.
