After internal sheeting, we moved straight into waterproofing.

The bathrooms, laundry, and butler’s pantry are now sealed and ready for tiling.
Metal shower edges are in, and everything has been prepped properly for the next stage.

With the cladding on, we’ve moved inside and started sheeting throughout the home.

V-groove panels have been installed in the main living areas, bathrooms, and master bedroom to match the country-style finish.
The guest bedrooms have been lined with standard plasterboard for a clean, simple look.

We’re now well into the internal fit-out and only a couple of months away from handover.

With framing complete, the next stage was locking in the exterior.

The roof is now on, the house has been wrapped in sarking, and cladding has begun using V-groove sheets for a clean, country-style finish.

Windows are in too, and the place is really starting to take shape. Now that it’s sealed up, we’re ready to move on to the internal fit-out.

This is always an exciting one. Once the timber starts going up, everything moves quickly. Walls, rooflines, and the internal layout all start to take shape.

This stage gives a clear view of the home’s structure and sets us up for roof sheeting and lock-up. Always a key milestone in any build.

A few months ago, we wrapped up this beautiful new build in Coolagolite, and we thought it was time to take you behind the scenes

This home was built on steel piers to suit the site and design — strong, solid, and perfectly prepped for what was to come. Only the carport went on slab, the rest sits elevated and secure.
