A year on this one in Coogee, and proud of where it landed.
What started as a balcony became an ensuite — we extended the room out to make it work. The steelwork meant the granny flat had to come down, so that turned into a full rebuild too.
The detail is where this job lives:
– Curves running right through it — curved walls, curved door, and a skylight that curves in both directions, wrapped in hidden LED
– Recessed concrete staircase, honed finish, with a recessed LED strip
– Microcement bathroom
– High-end joinery and kitchen
– Bespoke 5mm aluminium parapet, custom box planter and gate
Half of this was designed as we went — the client was brilliant to work with, and every idea we threw around ended up making the finish better. This is the kind of work we love.
