🎄 Montaze Broz AUS Christmas Party 2025

This year we celebrated at Tommy’s Beer Café in Sydney — a little taste of home for our Czech crew, and a delicious cultural experience for the rest of our multicultural team.

We enjoyed classic Czech dishes, shared stories, and celebrated another huge year together.
A small group — about 10 of us — even ran a Secret Santa (or Secret Baby Jesus 😉) to keep the tradition alive!

A massive thank you to the team at Tommy’s for their amazing service.
Serving 50+ hungry and thirsty people at the same time is not easy, but they absolutely nailed it. 🙌

Moments like this remind us what matters most:
the people, the connection, the respect, and the brotherhood we build along the way.

Hilti Training on Site

We had the pleasure of welcoming Laura and Christian from Hilti to our site for a training session on chemical anchors (Hilti Injection Technique — HIT). The session included topics like:

- Correct bore hole preparation and installation
- Safe handling and PPE use
- Gel, cure times, and deep embedment techniques

Training like this keeps our crews sharp, safe, and confident when working with high-performance materials on complex builds.

A huge thank you to Hilti for their ongoing partnership and support and to everyone who joined the session with curiosity and professionalism. 💪

In Australia, Father’s Day is celebrated on the first Sunday of September — this year on the 7th. 💙
While the date is different to many other parts of the world, today we join together on site to honour the fathers and father figures around us. Representing Australia, but celebrating with our global Montaze Broz family 🌍.
