We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service/Administration professional to join our dynamic team in Acacia Ridge.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing phone inquiries, coordinating bookings, scheduling field staff, and addressing customer enquiries, in addition to handling invoicing and general office administration.

On-the-job training will be provided, although proven experience in similar roles is highly valued.

We are looking for a Customer Service / Administration person for immediate start in our Acacia Ridge office.

For our busy office, looking for the right person to assist in answering phones, taking bookings, assist with scheduling and answering customer service enquiries, invoicing and general office administration for our construction industry based, service business. If you are organised, have attention to detail and like to be busy, give us a call. Looking for a full time, career position as a long term team member.

Candidates must have intermediate computer skills and be available to work Monday to Friday 7am to 3.30pm with occasional overtime hours required to complete time critical tasks. On the job learning/training will be provided but previous experience in similar roles will be highly regarded.

Flexible hours, subject to operational requirements, are available for an improved and better work-life balance.

We are a well established Concrete Sawing & Drilling Company operating for almost 29 years in SE Queensland including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich & Sunshine Coast, looking for an experienced CW3 Concrete Cutting operator to join our small team.

To be considered you must have at least 2 years experience in the key services we offer: Core Drilling, Hand/Ring Sawing, Road/Floor Sawing and GPR Scanning.

Wallsawing & Wiresawing experience desired but not essential as full training provided to the right person.

We require the applicant to be reliable, work efficiently, independently and provide excellent communication with our customers to continue our ongoing working relationships with some of the biggest construction and building companies in Australia.

Vehicle, phone, uniforms and tools supplied.

Current 2023-2027 EBA rates apply - 36 hour week with additional Overtime and Weekend work. RDOs as per CFMEU schedule as well as BERT redundancy, EBA Super (+17%), income protection insurance (CIPQ) if you are injured outside of work, portable long service (QLeave) as well as union membership benefits.

This position requires:
Qld Drivers Licence with clean driving history
