We are looking for fully qualified, highly motivated and skilled Carpenters to join our growing team as a Subcontractor (or Permanently Employed – your choice).

Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends).

ABN hourly rates: Negotiable competitive rate based on experience, skills and productivity. Consistent weekly workload of a minimum of 40 hours. Paid weekly upon invoice.

Small team environment: We are a small, progressive and cutting-edge company with most of our staff employed permanently for multiple years at a time. We require no egos please.

- Valid construction White Card
- Your own trade tools
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Valid ABN number and insurances (if applying for ABN full-time)
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from Project Managers
- Attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised and good communication skills
- Aspirations to grow your own skills and take on site management roles

✅ We are searching for qualified local carpenters looking for an opportunity to join our high-level construction company full-time, motivated to progress to Leading Foreman, if so desired. You will:
- have at least 2 years on top of your carpentry apprenticeship,
- own reliable transport and hand tools,
- have a valid White Card, and
- have an ability to work in a team or unsupervised.

✅ We are also searching for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Team as Construction / Farm Labourers. Your role will be to assist our local Construction Team, whilst also being required at times to maintain farm property grounds and equipment. You will:
- have your own reliable transport with your own basic tools being desired,
- have a valid White Card,
- have logistics knowledge and be mechanically minded, and
- possess a medium rigid (MR) licence (*preferred, not required).

🏡 A new build located in Yangan getting prepped for Construction in the next month (approx.)
🏡 A retrofit job starting to close out for final completion in Athol (near Toowoomba)
⚒️ Ongoing works in surrounding locations – i.e., Warwick Horse Trials’ Master Plan, company farm property projects, YCC maintenance, etc.

Get ready for a fun weekend at the Sustainable Warwick Horse Trials, Morgan Park ODE equestrian event this June 8th & 9th!

The Rider’s Retreat will be set up with the Sustainable Pty Ltd. Marquee for a cracking weekend. Spectators and volunteers are always welcome to join in the WHT vision and support our very talented local competitors. 🌟

At the WHT Sustainable ODE on June 8th & 9th the catering arrangements will provide something for everyone throughout the weekend. 🍲🍟☕️🍔

Food and drinks will be available at both the Clubhouse canteen and at the Rider’s Retreat.

After a long trip to the venue, Friday night is becoming a favourite of many competitors and friends. You can rely on a big fire 🔥 to keep you and your friends warm as you enjoy the hearty food choices provided by Linda and Gary. By special request Pea and Ham and Pumpkin soup will be back on the menu and there is a whisper that damper will make a return.

In addition to Friday night the Clubhouse canteen will operate throughout Saturday until late afternoon when the action will then focus on the Riders Retreat with Sustainable principal Brett McKenzie supervising a mass of hot food, drinks and music for you to enjoy in the warmth of the fires until it’s time to go to bed.

The Riders Retreat will function all day on XC day.
