Undertile system going down on the podium deck, ARDEX WPM 1000 sheet membrane with STB tape at all perimeter, plus a loose laid membrane dedicated for the movement joint detail to handle structural movement before the tiles go over.
Sheet membranes give you consistent film thickness across the whole deck, no thin spots, no guesswork. On a trafficable deck this size, that consistency is the difference between a warranty and a callback.

Rooftop waterproofing: Palm Beach resort.

We ran a full Sealrite system across the deck, with every pe*******on individually reinforced, flashed and sealed, then tied back into the membrane. Installed to AS 4654 for external above-ground waterproofing.

QBCC licensed. Manufacturer certified. Working with builders across the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunshine Coast.
