A big milestone for two of our crew this week 👏

Both of our apprentices have officially stepped into their 3rd year, and we couldn’t be prouder. Watching them grow in confidence, skill, and work ethic over the years has been awesome to see.

The future of the trade is in good hands, and we’re lucky to have these two on the team.

🎄 End of Year Celebration 🎄

Last weekend we celebrated our people at our Christmas party… and what a night it was.
From go karts and Hijinx Hotel and a night at the Crown, with plenty of laughs, fun games, drinks and a bit of friendly gambling, it was the perfect way to wrap up a huge year.

2025 has been a year of business growth and exciting milestones, including reaching a point where the business could bring Elle home from full time external work to support the business and our family more!

But most importantly, we’ve watched our team continue to grow, both professionally and personally. The commitment, effort loyalty and pride you boys bring to your roles every day is what drives this business forward. We are forever grateful.

We’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built. You’re not just great at what you do — you’re the reason this business works and you are our chosen family!

Wishing our team, our builders, our suppliers and clients and everyone else a very Merry Christmas and a safe, happy New Year.

✨ National Family Business Day ✨

SWC started around the same time we started our family, and in so many ways, the two have grown together. Our kids have grown up watching their dad work hard to build something from the ground up, learning that dedication and effort create opportunities. Our business has given us the gift of flexibility, allowing Elle to step away from full-time work and be more present at home with the kids.

One day, SWC may even become a career pathway for our children, or for the children of our amazing team. Because our staff aren’t just employees, they’re part of our extended family, and we are so grateful for everything they bring to SWC. 🙌

At the end of the day, it’s not just about the walls and ceilings we build, it’s about the life, memories, and opportunities this business has created for our family and the families connected to it. We are blessed✨
