The heart of every home - we built this kitchen for a busy family of six at 🍴Function and form came together with a three meter island bench built with rendered masonry, a custom built rendered range hood, hidden butlers pantry and American oak cabinetry 🔨

Choosing to install five meters of bespoke rattan joinery for this impressive room at
meant retaining as much storage as a walk in robe but with all this warmth on show 🪵 Blending in perfectly with the view out to some of the biggest and most majestic fig tress in our region 🍃

The first of five at the iconic site. We used a custom profile spotted gum cladding with rough sawn face, red iron bark posts and beams, latte stick ceilings all with concealed fixings and stone cladding to create this stunner 🏝️

We built this large family holiday home on one of Byron’s most quiet, secret and central streets. Stairway to the master level pictured here where we used engineered oak flooring, tallowwood stair screening, softening with curves and entry screens 🌴

Was the brief for
Designing and building this sanctuary for all things skin, we used creative carpentry to build curved walls and bulk heads. Finishing with coloured microcement, custom shaped integrated lighting, onyx surfaces, travertine, custom cabinetry and upholstery in all the warm tones - creating calm and quiet 🙌🏻

This paired with Austrian double glazed windows and doors means this house is the highest performing house we’ve ever built 👌🏻Excellent thermal rating means very little

David Smith, director of Belcon Constructions has extensive experience building in the Byron Shire.
