Why it’s important to have your solar system and switchboard thermal tested?

Have you ever wondered why your solar system has a higher production during the summer months?

During the summer months, the Earth is tilted towards the sun, causing the sun to be higher in the sky. With the sun positioned more directly above, the sunlight hits the solar panels at a steeper angle, resulting in more concentrated, direct energy being absorbed by the panels. This is the most efficient angle for solar panels to capture sunlight. In winter, the sun is lower in the sky, and sunlight is spread over a larger area, which means less energy is absorbed by the panels, making them less efficient.

Also in summer months the southern hemisphere experiences longer daylight hours. This means the solar panels have more time to absorb sunlight throughout the day, leading to greater energy production
