Yarralumla, the Queen arrived for her official inspection of the new palace build 👑🐾

She carefully reviewed the grand hallway, electrical placements, foliage, treat locations, and future dress-fitting rooms. While the house passed inspection, mostly she says yes to her approved superbreeze owners and their excellent patting services.

Final verdict: the kingdom may proceed ✨

The Bungendore Sports Hub is getting very close, with the second internal fit-off stage now underway.

Watson — the wait is almost over.
Yarralumla — we’ve got more booked work locked in, and the rest won’t be far behind on their sites, with facade lifts and new starts.

It’s all happening on site, so for us that’s always the priority.

Happy Mother’s Survival Day to the mums running on caffeine, panic, forgotten permission notes, mental load spreadsheets, cold coffees, and “Muuuum?” every 14 seconds.

To the ones keeping homes, kids, work, animals, life and everyone else upright while quietly falling asleep sitting up on the lounge at 8:12pm — you deserve a medal, a nap, and probably financial compensation.

May your day include:
• nobody touching you for at least 20 minutes,
• a hot drink consumed while still hot,
• children arguing somewhere far away,

After we drove past this block, he said:

Farewell to Wanniassa, that was a hard goodbye 😭🥺

Finally back on track at Bungendore; it was an easy keep up, just rolling with some additions now as well.

And the office (peek-a-boo) waits until we see you.
