Adsteel Constructions Pty Ltd is looking for experienced crew to join our team across multiple projects in Brisbane.

Positions Available:
• Steel Fixing Foreman / Leading Hands (reliable & competent) $60-$75 + Travel. Casual with view to Full Time w/ Company vehicle & Fuel Card.
• Steel Fixers ($50-$60/hr + Travel)
• Leading Hand for Mesh Slabs

📍 Brisbane-based work (No FIFO)
✅ Ongoing work for the right people
✅ Overtime
💰 Competitive rates + OT after 8 & Saturdays + Daily Travel Allowance + Other employee perks.

• Be Reliable

🔥 STEEL FIXING FOREMAN / LEADING HAND WANTED – BRISBANE 🔥

Adsteel Constructions delivers reinforcement services across civil, commercial, industrial and high-rise residential projects throughout South East Queensland.

With 30+ years combined industry experience and a team of 40+ steel fixers, we are expanding and looking for experienced Steel Fixing Foremen / Leading Hands to join our leadership team on multiple 5+ storey developments across Brisbane.

💰 $55 – $75 per hour
📍 Brisbane projects
📈 Monthly KPI Bonus / Profit Share Program

What We Offer:
• Strong remuneration well above award
• Monthly KPI bonus / profit share program
• Consistent pipeline of commercial and high-rise work
• Support from our Operations Manager and admin systems
• Opportunity to tailor a long-term package for the right person — including full-time employment and company vehicle

The Role:
• Lead and supervise steel fixing crews
• Manage labour and productivity to meet target hours
• Run daily pre-start meetings
• Read and interpret structural drawings
• Complete quality checks prior to engineer inspections
• Coordinate with builders, engineers and other trades
• Maintain strong safety and housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For:
✔ 5+ years steel fixing experience (commercial/high-rise preferred)
✔ Proven experience running crews and achieving productivity targets
✔ Strong drawing reading ability
✔ Good communication and leadership skills
✔ Solid understanding of site safety
✔ Brisbane Based, No FIFO
✔ Must be a permanent resident

Requirements:
• White Card
• Full Australian work rights
• Reliable transport
• PPE (steel caps, hard hat, long pants)
• Basic tools (nips, reel, belt, tape)
