In case you missed it, here are the key highlights of our Central Processing Pathway Study:

✔️ There were two economic evaluations done
✔️ Silver prices have been sitting at the higher of the two evaluations and gold, copper and lead prices are sitting much higher than those used
✔️ Given current metal prices, Thomson Resources will focus on Webbs, Conrad and Mt Carrington resources
✔️ Central Processing Facility location near Tenterfield brings significant benefits
✔️ High-level indicative cashflow for production of just existing MREs at Webbs, Conrad, Strauss and Kylo indicates good positive cashflow over the life of those resources even using current low metal prices

Thomson Resources advises that additional diamond drilling assay results with outstanding tin mineralisation have been received from Thomson’s 100% owned Bygoo Tin Project, located in the Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales.

The Company completed two diamond holes at Bygoo North, which returned solid rock core samples in 2022 and have been the subject of interpretation and analysis. Previous results for this drilling campaign were released in July 2022.

These new high-grade tin results exceed expectations that originally occurred from preliminary analysis through core logging and testing with a portable XRF analyser. As a result, additional core samples were selected from these holes and two older diamond core holes drilled in previous years, the results of which are presented in this release.

Mineral exploration and development companies vary in their approach to exploring and mining the vital minerals upon which global trade relies. Some companies explore only a few large projects, whereas others tap into several smaller-size projects to aggregate as much value as possible from them.

An excellent example of the latter case is Thomson Resources, an Australian exploration and development company currently focusing on multiple polymetallic exploration properties in New South Wales, Australia, and working on getting those projects to work like a single unit to increase efficiencies.

Copper is considered one of the most important metals with more than 20 million tonnes of it consumed each year. More copper is needed for renewable energy infrastructure, electrification, and transportation.

Silver is also known for its industrial demand, especially its presence in battery electric vehicles. The precious metals industry is currently struggling to keep up with the demand for physical gold and silver leading to market-wide supply shortages and delivery delays.

Making window glass involves the Pilkington process where molten glass is floated on the molten tin to achieve a smooth and flat surface. This is just one of many uses of tin in different industries.

The Bygoo Tin Project by Thomson Resources explores a major tin deposit at Ardlethan, New South Wales which was mined until 1986, producing over 31,500 tonnes of tin.

All mineralised samples are from mullock dumps next to historical workings dating from the early twentieth century (mostly 1901 to 1906). No effective drilling has occurred at any of these localities.

One of the advantages of our hub and spoke strategy is our flexibility in changing focus on projects. We are not reliant on just one deposit coming in and make sure that we get value from other metals. We try to mix and match to target the commodities whose prices are up. Lastly, we make sure not to linger on a single commodity but look at the bigger polymetallic picture.

How do we plan to leverage additional deposits?

The secret of the whole hub and spoke strategy is to focus on silver but look at the total suite of metals and how they can be processed. Since it's very rare that silver comes on its own, it's important to look at how you can extract the other metals and get value for them.
