It is with great pleasure that CRP Industries announces its acquisition of Ritosi Engineering Pty Ltd, a leading manufacturer of rubber moulded and rubber bonded products.
We would like to thank Tony Hammond and his team at Ritosi Engineering, a family run business for almost 30 years, for their excellent service, quality products and contribution to the industry which we at CRP Industries intend to continue.
For forty years, CRP Industries has been a family run business delivering quality workmanship and services to a range of industries. Our corporate mission has been to become a leading manufacturer of Rubber Products, Metal Pressings and importer of Radial Shaft Seals. Our acquisition of the Ritosi Engineering brings us one step closer to the accomplishment of that goal.
CRP Industries are grateful to have retained the services of Radmila and Lella from Ritosi Engineering and we welcome them both into the company.

And just like that, CRP Industries celebrates 40 years in business!!

From humble beginnings in a 200sqm factory in Burwood under the guidance and ownership of Fernando and Carmela Inglese, Ceelx Seals was born, primarily servicing the bearing replacement industries with a arrange of fully manufactured oil and grease seals.

Then in 2006 with Fernando and Carmela retiring, the new partnership of Michael, Louise, Robert and Sandra.

Now with the company established for 40 years, and after a couple of name changes to represent the diversity and innovation of the business we are now CRP Industries.

Operating out of our new 2,500sqm facility in Dandenong South, as well as a factory in Vietnam, servicing the Mining, Conveyor, Automotive, Irrigation, food and Engineering Industries with a range of rubber products manufactured using world leading processes.

We sincerely thank all our loyal customers, some of whom have been with us for the entire journey and also our committed and diligent staff who show pride and dedication to their work.

Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for us, as we continue to grow while finding new industries to service.
