John Ting Architect now has a branch office in Canberra! Melbourne is still the main office, and contact details are also the same.

John Ting himself is also registered in the A.C.T. as an architect, so we can offer full services in the national capital. John is also doing some teaching in architecture at the Faculty of Arts and Design, the University of Canberra.

A project for a tropical family house in Sarawak Part Two. It was to be constructed with prefabricated EPS ferro-cement panels for the walls and roof to a steel frame, with timber floors. Our prototyping showed promise.

A project for a tropical family house in Sarawak Part One. The design provided for sheltered outdoor living and cross ventilation to all rooms. A moat separated the garden from the house, to help cool the air. One air-conditioned suite was provided for respite during haze season.

John Ting has now completed his PhD!
