🎉 Happy Birthday to our senior technician, Cooper! 🎉

Cooper’s been with us since the very beginning, and has played a huge part in growing the business into what it is today. More recently he’s stepped into more of the managing and quoting side of things, while also showing the apprentices the ropes - and he’s taken it all in stride. He’s reliable, easy to get along with, and someone the whole team knows they can count on.

A seamless ducted replacement install comes down to good planning, communication, and teamwork; and that’s exactly what the crew delivered on this one.

This was a big one, with the old system completely removed and replaced, including all new ducting, new vents, and the whole setup brought up to standard.

From start to finish, the guys coordinated well on site, working together to remove the old system and get the new ducted unit installed efficiently and with minimal disruption to the customer. Everyone knew their role, jumped in where needed, and kept things moving smoothly throughout the day.

Customers are often surprised when we say a full ducted replacement install will be done in a single day - but once they see the team in action, it all makes sense. It’s a well-practised process backed by experience and strong teamwork.

It’s always great to see the team working in sync like this, especially on larger installs where timing and coordination really matter. The end result was a clean, professional installation and another happy customer.

Zak is keen, hardworking, and always ready to learn. He’s especially great with evaporative systems and is quickly building his skills across all areas of the trade. Friendly and easy to get along with, he’s great with customers and always represents the team well on site.

He’s also a reliable set of hands on installs, and is currently stepping up by taking on split system installs from start to finish; a big milestone and one he’s handling really well.

It’s great to see his confidence and skills grow, and we’re looking forward to seeing where he goes from here.

The knowledge, being able to answer friends' questions about their aircons.

Make sure you can handle the heat!

Cooper is our senior technician and one of those people who makes everything run smoothly. He’s brilliant at diagnostics, quick and handy with installs, and always gives 100%, even on the toughest jobs.

Customers value his honesty and the way he keeps things simple and direct. We’ve received plenty of great feedback about how knowledgeable he is and how clearly he explains any issues with a system, making sure customers understand exactly what’s going on.

Right now, he’s also passing on his skills and knowledge to a couple of apprentices, showing them the ropes and how to get the job done properly. His straightforward, practical approach makes him an excellent mentor, and the apprentices are lucky to learn from someone so experienced (and patient).

1. How long have you been with the team?
5 years.

2. What’s your favourite tool of the trade?
Multimeter. Tool used to make sure the power supply is isolated to the system and the unit is safe to work on.

3. What’s the most satisfying part of the job?
Getting a thank you from a client after fixing their system or installing a new system for them to use on a warm summers day.

4. What’s one tip you’d give someone new to the trade?
Check the basics first before thinking the issue is something complex.

5. What hidden talent or hobby do you have outside of work?
I play footy and cricket.

Nick is fairly new to the team, but he’s already making a great name for himself with our customers. We’re often on the receiving end of lovely feedback about how polite, knowledgeable, and helpful he is out on site.

Nick is one of those technicians who just gets the job done; efficient, easy-going, and great to work with. He takes real pride in doing things properly and making sure customers receive quality workmanship and feel well looked after.

We’re really glad to have him on the team and look forward to seeing all the great work he’ll continue to do.
