Cheeky little repair completed this afternoon.
1995 hzj75 rear axle housing cranked and previous repair failed due to weld defects.
Grinded out cracks and failed repair
Preheated to 120° around repair area
TIG Welded the root and then hot pass
Then welded out with the MIG
Blended out the welds and got ready for paint
Gal painted then painted black will be getting painted fully on a later date.

We had our first happy customer today. Quick and easy job done the right way. Repaired a crack and a previous failed repair someone else has tried to do for the customer on a Mazda Bravo pedal box.
