FANTECH roof-mounted fans ensure effective ventilation, maintaining fresh air in high-moisture areas, while CONDARI kitchen range hoods remove cooking fumes to keep the kitchen air clean.

This project features Daikin’s advanced VRV system with sleek bulkhead indoor units downstairs for even airflow and stylish design. Upstairs, wall-mounted indoor units offer independent temperature control for energy-efficient, personalized comfort. Bathrooms and ensuites are equipped with Fantech exhaust systems, ensuring fresh, clean air by effectively removing moisture and odors.

In the carpark, high-performance exhaust systems with carbon monoxide sensors keep the air safe and breathable by automatically expelling CO when detected.

Today, we’re at the Heidelberg townhouse project, where the Daikin central air conditioning is in the fit-off stage. The team is busy setting up air outlets and cutting plasterboard.

Every air outlet and return vent is carefully planned to suit the room’s function and fit the building’s design. This makes sure the air flows evenly throughout the space for the best heating and cooling experience.

We also make sure there are no airflow dead spots and avoid outlets blowing directly onto walls or cabinets for better comfort. From precise cutting to millimetre-perfect measurements, Cold Bear focuses on every detail to bring you the best heating and cooling service.

Today, we’re touring two luxury townhouses in Hawthorn. We’ve equipped the entire space with Daikin concealed central air conditioning. The hidden vents are not only stylish but also energy-efficient, providing comfortable temperature control in every room.

The installation team is finishing up, with our skilled technicians fitting the concealed vents. The minimalist design integrates perfectly with the space, ensuring indoor comfort without compromising aesthetics.
