We found this bin broken down on farm during seed grading with a seized spring loaded shaft in the top auger. This caused the bin to block from one end to the other. Snap the floor auger pipe and snap the Pto shaft. It also folded sections of flight on the lift auger.

The bin was taken back to the workshop to machine a new spring loaded shaft with the correct tolerances and updated grease track.

We also fabricated a complete new floor auger with 4.8 mm continuous flighting and 25 mm stainless ribbon. All flights have been hard faced straitened and balanced before reinstalling in the bin ready for harvest
