I don't often post here BUT I just wanted to make people aware that there is a "Bulk Buy" offer being advertised by what I thought was a local non for profit association. Its for a similar product to the Sanden heat pump which we supply. Comparing apples with apples the offer has a 315Lt stainless steel system for $4725 plus GST, installation & delivery of $1420 plus GST, Wifi controller $300, doesn't include the electical if required (99.9% of the time it is required because a Plumber can't extend the power supply cable). This totals $7059. Lets assume they let you have the value of the STC's - its not mentioned but you would hope so. This brings the total down to around $6300 plus electrical of approximately $350 to $700.
Our installed price for the same including electrical starts at $6150 and we can offer a 10 year warranty on the Sanden Heat Pump with 15 years on the stainless steel tank.
I'm yet to see any of these "Bulk Buys" that help the end user.
