Position: Landscape Labourer (with 3-Year Landscape Construction Apprenticeship Opportunity)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (7:00am – 3:00pm)
Location: Projects across Brisbane, Ipswich, and the Gold Coast

👷 About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Landscape Labourer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in structural landscaping, with the option to undertake a 3-year apprenticeship in Landscape Construction.

You’ll be involved in a wide range of projects including:
• Concreting and tiling pool surrounds
• Outdoor tiling and water features
• Retaining and feature walls
• Small-scale excavation work
• Expanding into backyard design concepts and advanced concrete finishes (e.g., epoxy floors)

All Elements Pools is a small but dedicated landscaping team, currently made up of two qualified structural landscapers. While our core focus is concreting and tiling pool surrounds, we are expanding into complete backyard transformations and innovative concrete surfacing.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, building lasting client relationships, and fostering a supportive work environment. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, reliable, and ready to grow with us as we expand.

✅ What You’ll Need
• Current White Card (construction safety card)
• Personal protective equipment (enclosed shoes, sunglasses, hat, gloves, etc.)
• Current driver’s licence and own transport (we meet each morning before heading to site together)
• Previous outdoor or construction industry experience is an advantage, but not essential – we are willing to train the right candidate from the ground up
