ELM Aquatics

Today, for R U OK? Day, the team at ELM Aquatics proudly put on their matching TradeMutt shirts to help spread an important message — it’s OK not to be OK.

Mental health conversations matter, and sometimes a simple question like “Are you OK?” can make a real difference.

We’re proud to support a workplace where our team knows they can speak up, check in on one another and have those important conversations.

💛 A conversation could change a life.
