Another project completed and successfully installed.

For this industrial shed build, we supplied two custom structural frames—one to support a feature window at the front entrance and another to support an operable wall within the office.

Our scope included producing detailed shop drawings from the supplied engineering specifications, fabricating the frames, coordinating a protective paint coating through a trusted third-party coating specialist, and delivering them to site ready for installation.

It's always rewarding to see another quality project completed from design through to installation.

I’ve had a busy couple of months setting up the workshop and laydown/hardstand area, and the last few weeks have been filled with a range of smaller fabrication projects.

One of the recent jobs completed was a set of 400NB Tee assemblies, now off to be hot-dip galvanised. The scope included drafting the job, producing CNC cut files for both the pipe and plate components, creating fabrication drawings, and manufacturing three complete assemblies to the client’s specifications.

It’s always satisfying to deliver a project from design and drafting right through to fabrication and final finish.

Hi, I thought I’d take a moment to introduce myself.

My name’s Josh, and I’ve recently started my own business.

I’m a qualified sheet metal tradesman with over 20 years of experience across multiple areas of the industry. I began my career fabricating plate aluminium boats, where I spent over 10 years developing strong fabrication skills and attention to detail.

From there, I moved into a general sheet metal workshop, gaining experience in a wide range of work including commercial kitchens, pipework, and custom ute trays and canopies.

For the past 6 years, I’ve been working in the structural steel shed industry, progressing from workshop foreman into management. In that role, I oversaw a fabrication team and was involved in projects from design right through to delivery.

I’m looking forward to bringing this experience into my own business and delivering quality workmanship across fabrication and structural steel projects.
