POSITION VACANT - Office Manager
Banks Electrical & Solar is looking for an experienced and exceptional Office Manager on a Full Time basis to join our team, reporting to the Director. We are a family owned and operated electrical company specialising in commercial and residential electrical services, located in Mornington Tasmania.
Role and Responsibility
• Management of the administrative functions of the company
• Provide ongoing support to Directors on a daily basis
• Ability to oversee and prioritise the workload of administrative staff within the team
• Project administration which ensures achievement of business objectives
• Account management and stakeholder engagement
• Ad hoc administrative tasks to be performed as part of a team oriented culture such as answering phones, scanning and filing
• Includes some accounts receivable/payable work and invoicing
Essential Skills and Qualifications
• Diploma in Business required OR experience in similar role/trade environment
• Exceptional customer service skills and a can-do, team oriented attitude
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
Desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in a very team oriented culture
• Knowledge of the electrical industry
