Thanks to our resident onsite socials team they are getting well good at this!

It's been a big start to the year so far and ATMSGroup are proud to finally announce we secured a 3-year contract for delivery of Gas Turbine Major Inspection, Overhaul, Repair and Rebuild services for one of our long-term clients.
What this expresses is that they have the confidence to continue our relationship further which spans 8 years and counting and we couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting them long term.

Back-to-back FR5 major inspections for one of our clients - what does that mean?

It's hard, it takes a certain resilience from the team, the planning the ex*****on and the delivery is what drives us.

ATMSGroup is not a company that has the backing of one of the big players to fall back on, we do everything in house there are always challenges but we rise to them and with a team like this who needs the OEM!

I'm so proud of the lads and what they have achieved so far this year I've said it before and I'll say it again ATMS are the Elite in rotating equipment hands down!

P.S Check out that fresh exhaust refurb, stainless floating wall all the way!!

Following up where we left off our onsite social media guru Jordan Stark captured this footage of the FR5 rotor going into its home after a suite of work that included:
- New 1SB
- New 2SB
- Machining of journals and thrust collar
- Low speed balancing

There's a lot that goes into these outages from start to finish and ATMSGroup has got you covered from day one right to commissioning and return to service!

The thermal block install went off without a hitch, a real credit to the site team for making this happen flawlessly.
It’s not often you get to execute a project on this scale but at ATMSGroup this is what we do - from pre planning to installation we handle it end to end 🇦🇺

Now this is exciting, removal of a full donor thermal block from its skid in preparation for installation. To say we love turbines is an understatement this is exciting stuff.
All performed in house by a 100% Australian family owned & operated business!!
The team onsite are doing an incredible job to keep this one going, our team are like family to us, and we are so proud of them!

If the OEM isn't delivering and you want elite service with the know how to execute reach out to us today!

The year has kicked off with a bang - out with the old and in with the new.
The team just removed an old lower half thermal block, ready for its replacement. A great effort by all. She's going to be a big one but we have the best onto it.
Looking forward to the new thermal block install keep posted for updates !!

Recently completed a FR6B load gearbox changeover, we overhauled the incoming gearbox to OEM specs and performed in-situ balancing of the generator. The result - the machine is at newly commissioned vibration levels.
We have an elite team and very proud of everyone that supports our business!
Reach out if you need help, even if its just a chat for some technical advice, we love talking turbines!!

Recently we relocated a full thermal block accessory and turbine, the whole lot. She went on a 1500km journey to her new home. The effort to turn this around in 2 weeks was phenomenal and came with a few challenges but it was done on time, on budget and with no injuries.
Check out that 450t crane in action was a beauty 😍
