A recent one through the AHM workshop — this Wacker Neuson EZ26 came in with hydraulic issues that traced back to a failed boom cylinder.

The failure had sent metal debris through the hydraulic system, causing spool valves to stick and affecting machine performance.

Our team carried out a full hydraulic flush, cleaned and resealed the valves, and replaced the boom cylinder to get the machine back up and running properly.

Jobs like this are a good reminder that catching hydraulic issues early can save major damage through the rest of the system.
