Gardener Position 🪴
Location: Jimboomba, QLD
Starting & Finishing Point: Jimboomba, servicing the Sth east corner.
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our gardening team!
Duties include:
• Whipper snipping
• Weeding gardens
• Hand mowing
* plus some miscellaneous duty’s.
On the job Training.
• Hedging
• Spraying
• General garden maintenance
• Identifying plants.
What we’re looking for:
• Reliable and motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is a bonus but not essential.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
• Car license or a guaranteed drop off and pick up at the shed.
What we offer:
• Starting casual hourly rate of $30 (depending on age, qualifications and experience)

Year 10 student Antwan recently joined the team at Muddy Gloves Garden Services as he works towards completing a Certificate III in Parks & Gardens.

The Parks and Gardens sector covers workers in local government parks and gardens, botanic gardens, schools and other public places as well as self-employed gardeners. Worker’s tasks may include: planting and maintaining trees and shrubs, lawns and garden features and installing and maintaining irrigation systems.

Having the opportunity to work with a local team one day each week reinforces the theoretical learning and provides Antwan an opportunity for that all important hands on learning.

We are Looking for a few young bloke’s, to join our Gardening Business ‘Muddy Gloves’ we have been a established business for 17yrs. 
Looking for:

1. Still at school yr 11 or 12 (16+) to do a school base apprentice.
2. A student who would be interested in a full time apprentice

We are Located in the Jimboomba area. They would need transport to the depot & home again, be aware there is homework while doing the apprentice.
Looking for a reliable, Fit, well presented, enthusiastic, willing to give anything a go, doesn’t mind hard work, social in a group setting.

1. One day a week more in holidays & odd weekend work,
2. Is full time roughly 38 hrs a week with holidays etc

These apprenticeship’s can open doors to not just gardening but Landscaping Maintenance, Groundskeeping, Garden design, Arboriculture, Landscape architecture & management, Horticulture Etc etc.
