PLANNING ADMINISTRATOR ROLE - APPLY TODAY
Due to some internal changes and a consistent business demand, a fantastic opportunity has become available for a proficient Administrative Officer.

The position will be a minimum of four days each week (no weekends) on a year-round basis. Hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
• Answering and directing telephone and email enquiries.
• Provide professional, friendly, and helpful service to clients and professional associates.
• Maintain company filing system, and client files effectively, efficiently, and accurately.
• Research & drafting of documents and reports.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Other duties that are reasonably relevant to an Administrator/Reception role.
Key Requirements
• Cert. III Office Administration or equivalent knowledge and skills from previous office administration role.
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office and Databases.
• Effective problem solving and high level of initiative with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage timeframes to achieve deadlines.
• Ability to read & understand plans and construction documents.
• Able to multi-task.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
• Hold a current Drivers licence.
Desirable
• Experience within town planning or the construction industry.
