JLZ Scaffolding is looking for a Office Administrator /Office Support in the Kalgoorlie and Goldfields region.
About the role
This full-time Administrator role offers an exciting opportunity to join the team at JLZ Scaffolding in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the business.
What you'll be doing
Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
Assisting with the coordination of schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
Supporting the finance team with invoicing, payroll, and other financial processes
Maintaining and updating the company's internal databases and record-keeping systems
Performing general office management duties, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
Experience in a similar administrative or office management role
A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven problem-solving skills and the initiative to find solutions
