We would like to announce that we are no longer taking on property and maintenance works, We have now directed our energy on MyPod WA and building quality vans, tiny homes and building pods (inc granny flats). We would like to thank all of our clients from the last 25 years of keeping homes maintained and several new builds and projects. The ol' trusty trailer is empty and currently being converted into a camping trailer and the tools are ready to go in the workshop for the next chapter. Attn Property Managers and Owners, Did you know?

With regard to the use of handymen for property maintenance and repairs, a section in the RTA WA 1987 (Part IV, Div 2, s.43 "suitable repairer") states a person who is suitably qualified, trained or licenced (to paraphrase). That said, use of untrained and unskilled handymen is not exactly in compliance with the RTA WA 1987. A lot of property managers do engage said people and qualified people quite often play second fiddle with "overflow" work.

Use a tradesman! Get it done right and quicker. While the rate might be higher it may actually cost you less than handy Bob who may take twice as long and have to come back to fix their work.
