Another little milestone reached this week at 'The Cambridge'. Turf has been installed and it has made an incredible difference to the look and feel of the job.

Another big update coming soon with the opening of the reception and ground floor facilities including, offices, reception desk, lobby bar, art gallery, day spa, meeting space, guest and inhouse laundries, along with a gift shop. Stand by!

Progress continuing at "The Cambridge'.
Painters, tilers, plasterers, and concreters were back these last few weeks. Reception is taking shape with curved walls and bulkheads now sheeted and our 2 elevators are fired up. Its very rewarding to see some jobs being ticked off and getting close to finishing others.
Next week the right-side entrance driveway will be poured and internal cabinetry not far off install.
The light is getting brighter and brighter now!

Its been a productive few weeks recently. Some more milestones achieved with concreting. The last of the internal floor is now installed, plus reception entry, some driveway, some more curbing and surrounds done as well. Thanks again to Lee and the boys @ Guymer Concreting & Building Services and also Rion @ RED Concreting & Contracting for the ongoing support and outstanding results. And also to our guys, Ross, Scott, Chris, Old Jimmy and Young Jimmy for sweating it out during prep and pour. Not much concrete left to be done now!

Yesterday we said hooray to our 2IC Ross. Although we knew it was coming, it was still a sad moment for myself, the team and 'The Cambridge' project. Through his loyalty, dedication, reliability and get it done attitude, Rossco proved to be a true asset to our operations. You will be genuinely missed around here mate. We all wish you, Clare and the kids all the very best and look forward to catching up socially as opposed to professionally, soon. (Sorry for the crappy photo, I REALLY need to take more)

The start of Friday vs the end of Friday. The last of the main roof sheets installed today. The A team doing a great job, safely and efficiently. Thanks guys! We are almost ready for the wet season now.
