BAO Constructions is looking for a new carpenter and apprentice to join our expanding team.

Work is based from Lismore to Coffs Harbour and in between.

You will work along side our current team comprising of 1 builder, 3 carpenters and 2 apprentices.

The role will involve all carpentry work associated with refurbishment/renovation work, insurance repairs and new builds.

You will be expected to comply with all directions and safety processes.

You will also need to communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner and have attention to detail with a focus on quality work. The successful applicant must be able to work independently or as part of a team and efficiently and be prepared to travel.

Specific remuneration package depending upon the apllicant.

We are a local building company, offering fair rates depending on experience and long term work contracts.

You will work along side our current team comprising of 1 builder, 2 carpenters, 1 painter and 3 apprentices.

The role will involve all carpentry work associated with refurbishment/renovation work, insurance repairs and new builds. You will be expected to manage apprentices and any other on site trades and ensure their compliance with safety processes.

You will also need to communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner and have attention to detail with a focus on quality work. The successful applicant must be able to work independently and efficiently and be prepared to travel.

We have been very busy of late completing a large insurance repair. The customer had water damage to almost every wall in the cabin with underlying termite damage.

Mr Shrubb was very happy with his stay in temporary accommodation and the new cabin he was able to return to.
