We’re looking for experienced mobile plant mechanics to maintain a wide range of critical equipment for new and existing customers.

The Work
•Diagnostics, breakdowns, Servicing & component changeouts
• Mechanical, hydraulic & electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• FIFO from any capital city or (DIDO from Perth or Geraldton for our 2:1 rosters).
Who We’re Looking For
• Trade-qualified HD Mechanics.
• Proven mining experience
• Strong diagnostic skills and pride in workmanship
• Professionals with aspirations to up skill and grow with the business

Not an ideal situation, but our team was able to get this Cummins engine back up and running safely and efficiently.

It is not recommended to removed a HP fuel pump head in the field, but when the customer asks our team delivers. A broken fuel pressure sensor was what our field service mechanic walked into on this job, but they were able to make quick work of it and get it back up running.

Our expert team have diagnosed a failed big end bearing on this Cummins Engine!

Even on a routine service, attention to detailed counts! Our expert HD Mechanic noticed some contamination in the engine oil and decided to cut open the oil filter and inspect. Full of metal, they investigated a little further and quickly found the source!

Thanks to their expertise the customer was able to avoid a major breakdown and arrange another machine for upcoming work.

Our Dual Trade Mechanic and Auto Sparky has been busy diagnosing a high oil temperature and low voltage fault.

The engine oil pre l**e motor relay was found to be at fault causing the motor to remain on with the engine running. This extra current draw caused the low voltage fault.

The oil temperature issue was caused by oil passing over a check valve once it overcame the main oil r***e pressure!
